D1 infielder and MLB prospect Jimmy Glowenke has been in the game for over three decades. As a five-tool player, his journey has included every aspect of baseball, but coaching has defined his career.
While still in high school, he began instructing and mentoring players at MLB hosted events. As a player/coach, he had the unique perspective of seeing all sides of the diamond and the player. He realized early on that natural ability alone gave players a fleeting advantage that eventually dissipated over time. It was the athletes who had the right mindset, work ethic, commitment and humility that ultimately separated good from great.
Rare, exceptional players aren’t born, they are developed, nurtured and inspired. Glowenke’s approach fosters the intangibles that close the gap and catapult the athletes who play beyond their potential.
Having coached players from 5U to the pros, Glowenke has developed dozens of D1, minor league and MLB prospects over the last 20 years. Humble and understated in his long-term, baseball-is-a-marathon approach, his nuanced understanding of the game and the athlete brings out the best in players at all levels. A testament to his ability is measured in the years players stay with Coach Jimmy.

Dr. Laura Ramos currently serves as the Houston Astros Major League mental Health & Performance Coach.
As a professional softball player Coach Laura experienced firsthand the physical and mental toll competing at the highest level had on a player’s performance.
While playing for the University of Texas at El Paso, Ramos was chosen to represent the Puerto Rico National Team. There she faced the top countries, programs and players in the world participating in the Central American Games, the Pan-American Games, World Cup and World Championships, all the while working toward her degree.
Laura went on to play professionally overseas in Switzerland where she competed on the world’s biggest stages. Throughout her career, she witnessed the impact that the culture of the game had on players’ potential the further they advanced. Laura realized that the focus had always been on the physical side of sports, but it was often the mental aspect that created the greatest limitations and barriers to success and happiness.
As one of only a few youth sport coaches in the nation with a doctorate degree in Sports Performance Psychology, Laura’s unique approach provides players with the physical skills they need to succeed between the lines and the mental strategies to overcome the challenges of the game within the game.

Mike has a true heart for the development of the young pitcher. His reputation makes him one of the most sought after pitching instructors in the DFW area.
Trained under Roberto Kelley and Homer Bush, Dustin has been developing players, including Roberto Kelley’s son, for the past 12 years. His primary goal is to help young players get ready to play high school ball and he has been quite successful at it.85% of Dustin’s players have made their HS team and many have gone on to play college ball.
Coach Dustin’s focus is on the “whole player,” on and off the field. While he helps develop the technical skills they will need to play at their highest level, teaching young men to be aware, accountable and responsible for their actions is core to his approach.
